BALLOON TAG

Balloons,
String - for each team member.
Tie balloons to ankle of each member.
Each team tries to burst the others balloon first.

As a teammates balloon is burst, they must withdraw from the game

The team with all balloons burst, first, wins

HULA HOOP GAME
After splitting into two teams have girls line up in two lines. Have each member of a team hold hands and tell them not to let go. Teams then try and get the hula hoop from one end of the line to the other and then back again without letting go of their hands. This birthday party game is silly and fun

SILLY RACE GAMES

Divide children into 2 groups for these games and have them race by:

Holding balloons Between their knees
Jumping rope singing happy birthday
Balancing an object on head
Holding a balloon between two team members heads
Balancing a small ball on their feet
Skipping backwards
Bouncing a ball

Once they master the forward races, have them do them backwards!

Stuffed-Animal Dress-Up

Direct guests to a basket of doll clothes, hats, socks, jewelry, and scarves, and let them get into the party spirit by dressing up their cuddly stuffed animals. Then give the children time to do what they love -- enjoy free play together with their floppy friends

A Bandage tag game
This is a fun twist on an outside tag game. Give each child a bandaid. When a child tags another, they place a bandaid on his arm, leg, or back and then that child has to run to tag another while holding their hand on the bandaid while running...

POTATOE RELAY
1 SPOON FOR EACH PLAYER
1 POTATOE PER TEAM

EACH TEAM TRIES TO GET TO THE FINISH LINE AND BACK TO THEIR TEAM LETTING THE NEXT PLAYER RUN TO FINISH LINE. THE TEAM THAT FINISHES FIRST WINS

ANKLE RELAY
EACH TEAM MEMBER MUST GRAB THEIR (OWN) ANKLES, RUN TO THE FINISH LINE AND BACK. THE NEXT PLAYER DOES THE SAME. FIRST TEAM FINISHED WINS

MAGAZINE RELAY
EACH TEAM HAS ONE MAGAZINE. THE FIRST PLAYER PUTS THE MAGAZINE ON THEIR HEAD AND RUNS TO FINISH LINE AND BACK GIVING THE MAGAZINE TO THE NEXT PLAYER. IF THE MAGAZINE FALLS OFF, THEY STOP, PUT IT BACK ON THEIR HEAD AND CONTINUE. FIRST TEAM TO FINISH ALL MEMBERS, WINS

BALLOON/SPOON RELAY
EACH TEAM HAS A BALLOON
EACH PLAYER HAS A SPOON
THE FIRST PLAYER PUTS THE BALLOON ON THE SPOON, RUNS, SKIPS, JUMPS OR WALKS TO THE FINISH LINE AND BACK, HANDING THE BALLOON TO THE NEXT PLAYER AND SPOON. FIRST TEAM FINISHED WINS

FILL THE BOTTLE WATER RELAY

A 2-liter bottle for each team
Funnel for each bottle
Bucket of water for each team
Plastic cup for each team

Each team member takes a turn filling up the plastic cup with water, runs to pour the water from their plastic cup into the funnel and then runs back and hands the empty plastic cup to the next team member in line.
The team who fills up the 2 liter bottle first wins
