A fun spring craft
Before the flowers come out, you can make your own.
You need different sizes of buttons and wire.
Put wire through the holes of 3 different size buttons. Twist to hold...place into soil of planter, or ground..
Leaves
Paints
glue
cardboard or construction paper
Paint leaves different colors
When dry, cut them out..and hang them outdoors

Squirt gun fun
Place some bottle caps on a wall or fence.
Try squirting the caps off

Toilet paper tube
Cut to width you want
Decorate with paint or use glue glitter
You can also wrap with different colors of yarn, or glue on piece of fabric
Shiny Pennies
1/2 cup vinegar
1 teas. salt
Put liquid in jar and place some pennies overnight.
The pennies will be shiny in the morning
PIGGY BANK
Cover a salt box.
Glue on 2 small spools of thread to length
of box for legs.
Cover the"snout"
front with a round of cardboard.
Cut a slit in the top..and save your pennies.
AN EASEL
Use an old cardboard box. Fold it into a triangle shape.
Tape or glue paper on it, and use to color
PLATE FAN
Keep cool this summer...
You will need:
*a paper plate
*crayons or *markers
popsicle stick
Decorate the plate, glue stick to back.
A SNAKE PAIN RELIEVER
2# UNCOOKED RICE
2 BUTTONS FOR EYES (NOT METAL!)
A PIECE OF RIBBON (OPTIONAL)
A SMALL PIECE OF RED FELT OR FABRIC
Fill the sock with the uncooked rice.
Sew the open end of sock closed (or glue)
Glue on 2 buttons for eyes
Cut red fabric for tongue, cut a "V" shape
for tongue
Glue onto end of sock for mouth
Tie ribbon around for neck.
THIS CAN BE PUT INTO THE MICROWAVE NO
MORE THAN 60 SECONDS FOR SOOTHING AWAY ACHES AND PAIN
YOU WILL NEED:
AN OLD LONG SOCK

KEEP COOL
2 paper plates
Popsicle stick
Glue
Glue popsicle stick to back of one of the plates
Glue the plates together
with the stick in the middle. A perfect fan for upcoming days.
SPRING CRAFTS
LITTLE GREENHOUSE
small planter
2 liter bottle
popsicle stick
soil
flower seeds
Cut the top off the bottle (ask for help)
Fill planter with soil
Spread seeds, water
Use stick to write on which seed is being planted
Top with bottle, upside down into soil.
Place in sunny spot, water when necessary
Now watch your seeds sprout
CANDLE HOLDER
small glass container
Napkins (only one layer)
Glue
small brush
Cover container with glue
Tear a small design from napkin
Place onto glued container
Continue gluing pieces all around
With brush cover the napkins with glue all around..this is called Decoupage
