Exercise Winter

                                                        SOME INDOOR EXERCISES

We like to help Nanny and her friends stay fit during the winter months when they are indoors
And these are some of the exercises we help them do

Commercial Crunches.
If you are watching TV, see how many sit-ups you can do during the commercial. (Moonworm usually does more than Penney Prettyworm)

You can do a different exercise for each commercial:
Jog in place
Calf raises
Dips to the floor
By the time the commercial is over, your heart will be beating and thanking you for feeling good!

Have different exercises for different days:
Sunday...........squat walks
Monday...........lunges
Tuesday..........tumbles
Wednesday....wall sits
Thursday.........a thinking day, walk and think!
Friday.............is a fun day, whatever you want to do to keep your heart busy
Saturday.........is a strong day.  Do upper body workouts, push ups, pull ups, keeping your upper
                         body strong 

Sally Spider does push- ups.  She  goes up and down  her web as fast as she can!
