COOKIES AND I AM HAPPY TO SHARE SOME OF MY
FAVORITE RECIPES WITH YOU.
1 packet refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 bag of "bite sized" candies (Milky Way, Snickers, etc.)
sugar sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Slice cookie dough and put a piece of the bite sized candy in the middle of each piece of dough.
Then fold over each corner of the dough to the center over the candy. Shake sprinkles on top of each cookie.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes, or until the candy is melted completely.
PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add peanut butter, vanilla and egg and mix well.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Place cranberry sauce into a small bowl and beat with a whisk until you get a nice smooth consistancy.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and press thumb into the center of each cookie to make a dent. Spoon a teaspoon of cranberry sauce into the indent in each cookie.
Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly firm to the touch Makes about 3 dozen.
1 pkg. any flavor Pillsbury Plus Cake Mix
1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
1 egg
Combine all ingredients at low speed until thoroughly moistened. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes. Cool two minutes; remove from pans.
Christmas Balls
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans, chopped
red and green sprinkles
Cream butter adding sugar and vanilla. Then add flour and mix well. Add pecans. Refrigerate for an hour until firm. Roll into small balls. Bake in a 350F degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes until light brown. Remove from oven and roll in sprinkles while still hot.
Cream butter and sugar til light and fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla. Add in sour cream.
In separate bowl, mix dry igredients. Add in dry ingredients and blend well. Refrigerate several hours or until firm and chilled through. Heat oven to 375F. Roll out dough on a well floured surface and cut with cookie cutters. Bake 8-10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Decorate as desired when cooled.

Place your hand onto dough, and with a toothpick trace around thumb and fingers.
With a rounded butter knife cut out, bake 350 until brown.
