Little Gingerbread Houses
a small milk or juice container
icing
graham crackers
assorted candies

Cover container with icing.
Attach graham crackers all over
Add more icing to crackers
Attach candies, make doorways and windows

HAND PRINT ANGEL
colored paper
glue
child's photo

Trace each foot using white (for dress) and both hands (using yellow for wings).

Cut out each part.

Glitter and glue the hand cut-outs to make wings sparkle.

Cut out a picture of your head and face.

Glue hands (wings) to the feet (body) and picture to the body. Add string to make it hang. Add a piece of the sparkly pipe cleaner for a halo.

Put date on  the bottom

PIPE CLEANER NAPKIN RINGS
red and green pipe cleaners
twist together into a circle, wrap around napkin

TOILET TISSUE ORNAMENT
CARDBOARD TUBES
TISSUE PAPER
TACKY GLUE
SCISSORS

Cut tubes into six 1" rings. Paint green.
Let dry. Glue the rings together to form the
shape of a tree (3 on the bottom, then ,   Punch a hole in the top ring with
a pencil point and tie on a piece of ribbon
to make a hanger.
Spread a thin layer of tacky glue inside
each ring.
Crumple up 1/4 sheets of tissue paper and push a piece into each tube ring.
You can glue sequins on the tissue paper
for some sparkle

TREE ORNAMENTS
Old Christmas cards
Cut out a shape

Cover card with glue and sprinkle with sparkles
Poke hole in top, hang on tree

CANDLE JAR
Small glass jar
Different colored tissue paper
Glue

Paint glue onto jar
Tear tissuse paper into small pieces and press onto jar


 

 

 

 
CHRISTMAS CARD PLACEMATS

Arrang cards on poster board cut to size of a placemat.

Laminate and enjoy with every meal!
(don't forget to save cards from year to year.


FELT CHRISTMAS TREES
A styrofoam cone
Green felt
Sequins, buttons of different colors and sizes

Wrap felt around styrofoam, and decorate to your hearts content
!

CANDY GARLAND
Take two  wrapped candies and using ribbon, tie a twisted plastic end of one to an end of the second mint.

Continue until your chain has enough candies for your .
Hang your garlands from the mantel or from doorknobs. Each day, untie and eat one piece of candy

Vase
can or plastic container
sticky 2/sided tape
candy canes

Put candy around the container, tie with a bow, place plastic cup inside if using water for flowers etc

Things to string on the tree
Colored macaroni, Fruit Loops cereal, or pop corn

TREE ORNAMENT
Mix cinnamon, cloves 
nutmeg
applesauce 
glue.


Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness
cut with cookies cutters

Poke top with a straw for hanging.

Dry at room temp for couple days (turn couple times so they don't curl 

Hang on tree with  ribbon

Gift bags
brown lunch sacks with
Christmas stickers and red and green marker "art"

Christmas Tree
Take a styrofoam cone about 10 inches tall and glue
buttons of different colors and sizes
